Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. We keep their use to a minimum and never use advertising or tracking cookies.
Essential (always on)
- Your cookie choice: remembers whether you accepted or declined optional cookies, so we don't ask on every page. Stored in your browser until you change it.
- Page intro: remembers that you've already seen the logo intro during this visit. Cleared when you close the browser.
- Payments: when you pay, you move to Paystack's secure checkout, which uses its own cookies to process the payment and prevent fraud. See Paystack's privacy policy.
Optional (only with your consent)
- Google Maps on the Contact page may set cookies when the map loads. It loads only if you accept cookies or press "Show map".
- YouTube: our video tour loads from YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode only when you press play.

Personal details you share with us
When you book or send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number, country of residence, stay dates, number of guests and any requests you add. We use them only to manage your booking, contact you about your stay, meet our legal and accounting duties, and keep our property safe.
Card and bank details are entered on Paystack's checkout and are never seen or stored by us. Booking details are stored securely with our hosting provider, Netlify, and we keep them only as long as we need to for these purposes and the law requires.
We don't sell your details or share them with anyone except the services that help us run your booking (Paystack for payments, Netlify for hosting, and our email provider for confirmations), or where the law requires it.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, and the GDPR if you are in the UK or EU, you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal details we hold about you, or object to how we use them. Email enquiry@nimbusnookapartments.com and we'll reply within 30 days.
