The New Afrika Shrine is a reconstruction of the original Fela Anikulapo-Kuti’s African Shrine, which was burnt down in 1977. The shrine which is an entertainment and fun arena us located at 1, NERDC road, off Hakeem Balogun street, Agidingbi, Ikeja, Lagos. The shrine is adorned with several pictures of the African Highlife icon and is open from 6 pm to 1 am on Thursdays to Sundays. Fela’s sons, Femi Kuti and Seun Kuti perform on every Thursday and every Last Saturday of the month respectively.

Nigerian National Museum

The Nigerian National Museum located at Awolowo Road, opposite the Muson Centre, Onikan, Lagos Island is the perfect exposition of the Nigerian history and diverse cultural heritage.
